Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ink and Cel Archive, we specialize in collectible items, including original animation artwork, production drawings, comic books, and other memorabilia. Many of the items we offer are unique, vintage, or one-of-a-kind.
Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the collectible and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:
• Buyer remorse
• Change of mind
• Incorrect item ordered by the customer
• Expectations regarding value or future collectibility
Item Descriptions and Condition
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs for every item offered for sale.
Many collectibles, particularly vintage animation artwork and comic books, may exhibit age-related wear, production imperfections, handling marks, discoloration, or other characteristics consistent with their age and history.
Customers are encouraged to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging materials
• Photographs of the shipping box
Retain all packaging materials until the claim process is completed.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from the one purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if approved, will be issued only in circumstances where:
• The wrong item was shipped
• An order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory error
• A shipping damage claim is approved when applicable
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
