Shipping Policy
At Ink and Cel Archive, we take great care in packaging and shipping every item to ensure it arrives safely and securely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders through reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, value, and destination of the item.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Packaging
Many of the items we sell are unique collectibles, including original animation artwork, production drawings, comic books, and vintage memorabilia. All items are carefully packaged using protective materials to help prevent damage during transit.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
At this time, Ink and Cel Archive only ships within the United States.
We recognize that collectors around the world have an interest in the animation art, production materials, comic books, and collectibles we offer. We are actively working toward offering international shipping and expect to introduce these services within the coming months.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship all orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Ink and Cel Archive is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials so a claim can be filed with the carrier when applicable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
